摘要
目的对比穴位埋线、针灸与针灸加穴位埋线治疗单纯性肥胖症的临床效果。方法选择单纯性肥胖症患者87例,采取随机配对原则,分为针灸加穴位埋线治疗组30例,穴位埋线对照组29例,针灸对照组28例。2个疗程后,观察三组患者的临床疗效以及不同治疗方法对体质指数、腰臀比与脂肪百分比三种肥胖指标的影响。结果三种治疗方法均具有显著疗效,针灸加穴位埋线治疗组总有效率为96.7%,穴位埋线对照组总有效率为68.9%,针灸对照组总有效率为67.9%,三组比较差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。三组患者在治疗后各项肥胖指标均明显下降,但无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论针灸加穴位埋线治疗单纯性肥胖患者具有显著疗效,其治疗效果优于穴位埋线及针灸治疗。
Objective To compare the clinical effects of acupoint catgut embedding alone, acupuncture alone and acupunc- ture combined with acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of simple obesity. Methods A total of 87 patients with simple obesity were randomly divided into the acupuncture combined with acupoint catgut embedding group with 30 pa- tients, the acupoint catgut embedding control group with 29 patients, and the acupuncture control group with 28 patients. After two treatment courses,clinical effects of the three groups and influences of different treatment methods on body mass index,waist to hip ratio and fat percentage were observed. Results Three treatment methods all showed remarkable curative effects. The total effective rates were 96.7% in the acupuncture combined with acupoint catgut embedding group, 68.9% in the acupoint catgut embedding group and 67.9% in the acupuncture group,with statistically significant differences among three groups（P 〈 0.05）.All the obesity indicators of the three groups decreased significantly, with no statistical significance（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture combined with acupoint catgut embedding has significant curative effects in the treat- ment of patients with simple obesity, which is superior to acupoint catgut embedding alone or acupuncture alone.
