水稻恶苗病菌(Fusarium moniliforme)对多菌灵不同抗性菌株的菌丝生长、产孢和致病力差异 被引量:8

摘要 从江苏、河北、上海等地采集的水稻恶苗病病株上分离到抗多菌灵和感多菌灵的F.moniliforme菌株,从7个地点选择抗、感多菌灵(MBC)菌株各1个,比较抗、感菌株在菌丝生长、产孢、胞外酶活力和对水稻致病力方面的差异。结果表明,在离体条件下抗性菌株的菌丝生长速率、产孢量和产孢密度都显著低于敏感菌株。芽鞘浸渍接种试验表明,抗性菌株对武育粳3号、苏御糯的致病力显著低于敏感菌株,对盐粳2号的致病力也低于敏感菌株,但差异不显著。抗性菌株与感性菌株产生的胞外酶(纤维素酶、半纤维素酶、PG果胶酶)活力虽无显著差异。 Seven carbendazim(MBC) sensitive and seven MBC resistant isolates of Fusarium moniliforme (Gibberella fujikuroi) were isolated from Bakanae diseased rice plants collected in Jiangsu, Hebei and Shanghai. These isolates were compared in terms of growth rate and sporulation in vitro, activities of extracellular cellulase, hemicellulase and polygalacturonase, pathogenicity to rice(cv.Suyunuo, Yanjing No.2 and Wuyujing No.3).The mycelial growth rate, the total number of spores per plate and the spore density per unit area were significantly lower in resistant isolates than in sensitive ones.The activities of extracellular cellulase,hemicellulase and polygalacturonase were slightly lower in resistant isolates than in sensitive ones. The degree of Bakanae disease incidence caused by these isolates was various.The pathogenicity of resistant isolates was significantly lower than that of sensitive isolates is Suyunuo and Wuyujing No.3, and slightly lower than that of sensitive isolates in Yanjing NO.2.
