摘要
中国的行政改革正处于西方新公共管理运动席卷整个世界的过程中,新公共管理运动是否适用于中国行政改革成为中国政府官员及国内学者讨论的焦点。文章试从行政生态学视角出发,以中国行政管理改革为背景,剖析中国行政环境特点,对新公共管理运动是否适用于中国行政管理改革进行了深入地分析,以期为中国的行政改革提出理论依据。
China＇ s administrative reform happens when the Western new public management movement is on all around the world. Whether the new public management movement meet the requirement of China＇ s administrative reform is the hot issue concerned by the Chinese officials and scholars. From administration ecology perspective, the paper, based on the background of China＇ s administration reform, analyzed the characteristics of the environment of Chinese administration. Whether new public management movement is feasible in china has been deeply discussed in order to present theoretical reference for China＇ s administrative reform.
