摘要
"十一五"期间,随着少数民族地区经济快速发展,少数民族地方政府管理体制改革也取得持续深入的发展,取得不俗的成绩。同时存在政府管理体制改革还远远不能适应经济发展的需要,这已经成为制约少数民族地区经济进一步发展的瓶颈。文章基于少数民族地区政府管理体制改革中存在的问题,进行原因分析,并提出解决问题的对策以便能更好的促使政府管理体制改革,构建服务型政府,最终促进民族地区跨越式发展、最终实现小康及现代化。
During the Eleventh Five-Year Plan,with the rapid development of economy in ethnic regions,the local government administration system reform has developed greatly.Meanwhile,the reform of it can not meet the need for economic development,which has restricted the further development of economic development of ethnic regions.Based pm the existed problems,this paper analyzes the reasons,puts forward countermeasures so as to better promote government administration system reform,construct service-type government and promote leap development of ethnic regions.
