急性白血病患者CD62L表达的临床意义

摘要 L-选择素(L-selectin,CD62L)属于选择素家族中的一个成员,是重要的黏附因子,在造血祖细胞向骨髓归巢和细胞再分布中起着重要作用。急性白血病(AL)往往表现出造血细胞增殖、分化和分布的异常,免疫系统受损。为进一步了解CD62L在AL患者中的表达及临床意义,我们应用流式细胞术(FCM)检测了71例成人AL患者CD62L的表达水平,分析CD62L与治疗效果和预后的关系。
