急性白血病患者CD62L表达的临床意义

摘要 L-选择素（L-selectin，CD62L）属于选择素家族中的一个成员，是重要的黏附因子，在造血祖细胞向骨髓归巢和细胞再分布中起着重要作用。急性白血病（AL）往往表现出造血细胞增殖、分化和分布的异常，免疫系统受损。为进一步了解CD62L在AL患者中的表达及临床意义，我们应用流式细胞术（FCM）检测了71例成人AL患者CD62L的表达水平，分析CD62L与治疗效果和预后的关系。
