摘要
目的探讨临床护理人员工作满意状况与压力状况对健康的影响。方法运用自测健康评定量表(SRHMR)对4所综合医院的临床护理人员进行测评。结果护理工作不满意、自感工作压力大、有离岗意向的护理人员自测健康得分较低。结论工作不满意、工作压力大给护理人员的健康带来负面影响,对心理健康的影响尤为突出。需重视护理职业压力对其健康的影响,实施有效的压力管理,提高护理人员的应对能力,维护和促进其健康。
Objective To inquire into the effect of clinically nursing staffs satisfaction with position and their pressure status on health. Methods Clinical nursing staff in the 4 general hospitals were measured by using SRHMR. Results Those who were dissatisfaction with nursing position and great pressure from work and have intention to quit post got lower marks in self - test health. Conclusion Dissatisfaction with position and great pressure from work bring negative effect on nursing staff health. So it is necessary to pay much attention to the effect of the professional pressure on nursing staff health and carry out effective pressure management and improve their ability to deal with the pressure so as to maintain and promote their health.
