摘要
目的探讨护理干预措施对糖尿病合并情感障碍病人生活质量的影响。方法采用相关研究工具对糖尿病合并情感障碍病人进行生活质量的调查,并在护理干预后再次调查,以分析护理干预的作用并探寻其影响因素。结果糖尿病合并情感障碍情况较严重,病人的生活质量堪忧,护理干预行之有效。结论护理干预对改善糖尿病合并情感障碍病人的生活质量具有重要意义。
Objective To discuss the influence of nursing intervention measures on living quality of diabetics combined with emotion obstacles. Methods Appling interrelated research instrument to investigate the living quality of diabetics combined with emotion obstacles before and after application of nursing interventions. Then analyse the effect of them and find the associated factors. Results As the situation of diabetics combined with emotion obstacles is very serious and the living quality of them were anxious. Nursing interventions are effective. Conclusion Nursing interventions are of important significance to improve the living quality of diabetics combined with emotion obstacles.
