摘要
介绍了ULTRA1000真密度仪的测量原理,将ULTRA1000真密度仪用于硬质聚氨酯泡沫材料的闭(开)孔率测试,并与ISO4590—2002标准方法进行了比较。结果表明,ULTRA1000真密度仪用于测试聚氨酯硬泡闭(开)孔率的结果与按ISO4590—2002的测试结果吻合,该仪器具有自动化程度高、仪器操作简单,用一块试样即可完成全部试验,而且数据重现性好、迅速、准确度高等特点。
The principal of measurement of a true volume and density measurement instrument ULTRA1000 and measurement method of the close （open） cell content for rigid PU foam using the ULTRA1000 were introduced. The method was compared with ISO 4590-2002. The results showed that the results from the two methods were coherent. The ULTRA1000 had some advantages with high automatization, simple operation, good reappearance of the data, rapidly and accuracy, one sample could finish the whole test.
