摘要
对健康人的正常心电图信号及MIT-BIH心律失常数据库中的心电信号进行分析,得到反映心拍间形态相关度的心电相关序列,用近似熵值分析其复杂度。结果表明,较之正常心拍,心律失常的心电信号,其心电相关序列的复杂度高。并且根据近似熵的动态分析,可看出:随着心律失常拍的发生与消失,心电相关序列的复杂度随之变化,出现较大的波动;而正常心电信号,其心电相关序列的复杂度随时间改变波动较小。
Electrocardio-correlation sequence based on morphological correlation was used to analyze ECG signals. The complexity of electrocardio-correlation sequence between the normal beats and the arrhythmia beats was compared and the result indicates that the complexity of electrocardio-correlation sequence of the arrhythmia beats is higher than that of the normal beats. And through the dynamic analysis of approximate entropy,it is found that the complexity of electrocardio-correlation sequence changes greatly when the arrhythmia beat happens.
