摘要
根据海口市房屋现状及施工调查情况,分析了地震时由于施工质量问题造成工程结构抗震能力破坏的主要原因,探讨了如何提高建筑物施工质量及抗震性能问题。
According to the house condition and the construction investigation in Haikou, the main reasons to weaken the earthquake resistance capability of the engineering structures are analyzed in the paper. It is also discussed how to improve the construction quality and the earthquake resistance capability.
