摘要
本文简述了配合小直径液动螺杆钻使用的金刚石造斜钻头的工作状态,并对目前几种造斜钻头结构性能进行了分析,总结出螺杆钻造斜钻头的特点及结构设计基本要求.同时,对造斜钻头技术经济效果,提出了综合指标指数的评价方法.
In this paper, operating conditions of a diamond whipstock bit for using in small diameter hydraulic driven positive displacement mud drill are briefly discribed and an analysis of the structure and performance of some whipstock bits in current use is also given. Features and basic requirements for theirstructural design of such bits ate summed up. The author puts forward a method of comprehensive index to evaluate the technical and economical effectiveness of a diamond whipstock bit.
