摘要
采用拉伸试验、金相、扫描电镜、电子显微分析、静态腐蚀及阳极极化曲线分析,研究了稀土对BFe10-1-1铁白铜组织和性能的影响。研究结果表明:添加适量的稀土元素可以细化BFe10-1-1铁白铜的铸锭组织及再结晶组织,并且明显提高其塑性和耐蚀性能,但抗拉强度有所下降。
The influences of rare earth (RE) elements on the structures and properties of BFe10-1-1 alloy were studied by means of tensile test, OM, SEM, TEM, static corrosion test and anode polarization curve test. The results show that RE can refine as-cast and re-crystallization structures of BFe10-1-1 alloy. By adding proper amount of RE (0. 1%wt), the plasticity and corrosion resistance of BFe10-1-1 alloy can be improved obviously, while its tensile strength is slightly decreased.
