高效液相色谱法检测沙棘籽油中V_E含量 被引量:9

Determination of V_E in sea buckthorn seed oil by high performance liquid chromatography

摘要 采用正相高效液相色谱(NP-HPLC)和反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)分析沙棘籽油中的VE及其单体含量,并将两种方法测定的数据进行了对比,结果表明:每种方法的线性相关性、精密度、重复性、加样回收率及稳定性实验结果符合分析的要求,可以用于测定沙棘籽油中的VE及单体含量;RP-HPLC法所测的沙棘籽油中VE及单体的含量高于NP-HPLC法的测定结果。 A normal-phase high performance liquid chromatography (NP-HPLC) method and a reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) method were developed for the rapid determination of Vi- tamin E and its isomers in sea buckthorn seed oil. The linearity, precision, repetition, average recovery and stability were validated for each method. The results showed that both methods were simple, rapid and accurate for the analysis of vitamin E and its isomers in sea buckthorn seed oil. However, the content of VE and its isomers in the oil was higher by RP-HPLC than by NP-HPLC.
