摘要
对鼠疫弱毒株061及用该株菌接种大豆后不同时期从大豆根中分离的61-2、61-3株的某些生物学特性进行比较研究。发现鼠疫菌通过植物后其菌落形态由R型转变为S型,但对小白鼠的毒力随在植物体存留时间的延长而增强。并且发现接种后第20d分离菌株61-2表现为Phe++Met+Cys+低营养型,而第10d分离的菌株61-3与原株061无差别。未发现原株和植物分离株生化特性变异。
Biological characteristics of the avirulent strain 061, 61 - 2 and 61 - 3 isolated from the roots of glycine max inoculated with the avirulent strain 061 were studied. We discovered that the colony pattern had changed from R to S type,and virulence of Y. Pestis in mice was enhanced depending on the living time of Y. pestis in plants. The longer the time was, the more powerful the virulence would be. We found the strain 61 - 2 isolated at the twentieth day was Phe++ Met++Cys+ low nutrition requirement pattern. However,nutrition requirement of the strain 6l - 3 isolated at the tenth day was not different from the strain 061. We didn't discovered the variations of biochemical characteristics between original strain and strains isolated from plants.
