摘要
本文报道了用吸附溶出伏安法测定吡喹酮.以悬汞电极为工作电极,在Na2B4O7-NaOH介质(pH=10)中,吡喹酮产生—尖锐的吸附还原峰,Ep=-1.29V(vs.SCE),峰电流与吡喹酮浓度在2.0×10-7—8.0×10-6mol·L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系.检测限为2.0×10-8mol·L-1(富集90s).本文对吡喹酮在悬汞电极上的电化学行为进行了探讨,对测定吡喹酮的最佳条件进行了详细的选择,利用本法测定了片剂中吡喹酮含量,结果满意.
An adsorption stripping voltammetry for determination of praziquantel (PQT) was reported. In pH = 10, Na2B4O7-NaOH medium,PQT produces a very sensitive adsorption reduction peak on HMDE.The peak potential is - 1. 29V(vs. SCE). The peak current is linear with the concentration of PQT in the range of 2. 0×10-7 - 8.0×10-6mol.L-1. The detection limit is 2. 0×10-8mol. L-1. The optimal conditions for the determination of PQT have been discussed in detail. The behaviour of electrochemical on HMDE was explored. The method has been applied to determination of PQT in medicinal tablet. The result is satisfactory.
