摘要
植物油脂作为主要的食用油,其生物合成途径及相关基因的克隆已成为研究热点．就植物油脂生物合成途径和酰基载体蛋白基因特性的研究情况进行了综述．
As main edible oil, researches on biosynthesis pathway and relative gene cloning have become hot research topics. Researches on synthesis pathway of plant oil and characteristics of acyl carrier protein gene are summarized systematically.
