摘要
应用投影栅线法测量三维形貌既可以直观地判别被测物的外形,如检查对称性、缺陷检测等,还能得到实际的三维尺寸,这对于进行模型设计、现场测试等都很实用,因而,该方法受到广泛关注和应用。设计了新的应用投影栅线法测量三维变形的设备,并将其应用在汽车模型的三维形貌测量上,实际应用表明:该设备具有实时显示、操作方便、精度高等优点。
Using shadow-moire to determine 3D-profile could not only distinguish the outline of an object directly, such as to detect symmetry and inspect defects, but also get the actual value of 3-dimension. It is very practical for model design and field test. Therefore, this method has caught wide attention and been widely used. A new set of shadow-moire instrument was developed to measure the 3D-profile of a car model. Aplication results show that it features real time display, easy operation and high precision.
