摘要
用ＡＰＡＡＰ法检测６０例不同病期直肠癌患者外周血Ｔ细胞及其亚群的变化。结果表明直肠癌患者ＣＤ＋３、ＣＤ＋４细胞减少；ＣＤ＋８细胞Ａ、Ｂ两期改变不大，Ｃ期患者增加；ＣＤ＋４／ＣＤ＋８比值明显下降。放射治疗使ＣＤ＋３、ＣＤ＋８细胞下降；ＣＤ＋４细胞改变不大。放射线使细胞免疫功能下降，但能通过对直肠癌取得局部控制的同时，ＣＤ＋４／ＣＤ＋８比值失调有明显的改善尤其较早期患者。总之，Ｔ细胞及其亚群尤其ＣＤ＋４／ＣＤ＋８比值能较准确反应机体免疫状态，对肿瘤临床有一定的指导意义。
Using APAAP method, the T lymphocytes and T cell subets were determined in the peripheral blood in 60 rectum cancer patients before and after radiotherapy, The data showed CD + 3 cell and CD + 4 cell were reduced,CD + 8 cell not changed,CD + 4cell not changed,CD + 4/CD + 8 cell ratio increased after radiotherapy. So the determination of T cell and T cell subsets values can be used for the evaluation of immune state in tumor bearing in oberving of therapy and monitoring recurrence.
