摘要
江西新余发电有限责任公司1号200 MW汽轮发电机,在2006年计划检修时发现转子、定子沿轴向被金属物严重击伤,其中定子铁芯表面有212处及部分槽楔有明显损伤点,转子表面及风斗有174处缺损脱落点。检查确认系转子上用于固定励磁护环的环形键一个挂耳断裂,在发电机高速运转时无规则的高速撞击所致。经生产厂家检修人员用9天时间现场修复,并进行了有关试验合格,投运后一直运行正常。
We found rotor,stator damnified seriously by metal when examining and repairing the No.1 200 MW generator of Jiangxi Xinyu power plant in April 2006 and found that there were 212 stator iron core exterior and part slot wedge distinctness damnifing spot, and there were 174 caustic shed spot of the rotor facade and wind bucket. Though examining a hanging awris used for fixing protective ring was parted. This was caused by the part matter high speed bouning when the generator running up.The technic personnel took 9 days to repair,then the generator was examined up to grade and run in gear all along.
