小鼠原始生殖细胞在生殖嵴的定位 被引量：2

摘要 试验以昆明小鼠胚胎为材料，采用普通石蜡切片和冰冻切片技术，对不同胚龄小鼠生殖嵴进行形态学比较研究。通过对原始生殖细胞（PGCs）在生殖嵴中的碱性磷酸酶（AP）染色定位观察，比较其数量的增殖规律。结果表明，11.5～12.5 dpc（配后天数）阶段为采集PGCs的最佳时间。
