摘要 对合肥市两种主要彩色树种的光合生理进行了研究,主要分析花叶夹竹桃和紫叶桃。结果表明:花叶夹竹桃的光饱和点约为1300μmol·m-2.s-1,光补偿点为22.47μmol·m-2.s-1,补偿点较低,饱和点高,属于阳性植物,但具有一定的耐阴能力,对光有较宽的适应性;相关分析表明,光合有效辐射对净光合速率的影响最为明显,其次为蒸腾速率和气孔导度;该树种可在全光照条件下栽植,也可植于乔木林下或者是建筑旁的半阴环境下做背景树种。紫叶桃的光饱和点约为1000μmol·m-2.s-1,光补偿点为29.04μmol·m-2.s-1,补偿点较低,饱和点高,属于阳性植物,喜光但也具有一定的耐阴能力;相关分析结果表明,气孔导度对净光合速率的影响最为明显,其次为蒸腾速率和光合有效辐射。紫叶桃在城市园林绿化中可用于多种环境,但在栽植的时候要注意为其提供合适的光照环境。 The photosynthetic physiologic characteristics of the two colored trees in Hefei were studied, included Nerium indicum cv. Variegata and Amygdalus persica var. persica f. atropurpurea. The result indicated that Nerium indicum cv. Variegata had a low light compensation point of 22.47μmol·m^-2·s^-1 and a quite high light saturation point of approximate 1300μmol·m^-2·s^-1, belonging to heliophytic species, but it also could tolerate shade and being suitable to a multiple light condition. The correlation analysis indicated that : photosynthetic active radiation was the most obvious factor to net photosynthetic rate, next were transpiration rate and stomatal conductance. This species can be planted under entire illumination condition, and also may be planted under the trees or the half shade environment of constructions makes the background tree. Amygdalus persica var. persica f. atropurpurea also had a low light compensation point of 29. 04μmol·m^-2·s^-1 and a high light saturation point of approximate 1000μmol·m^-2·s^-1 ,belonging to heliophytic species, but it also could tolerate shade. The correlation analysis indicated that, stomatal conductance was the most obvious factor to net photosynthetic rate, then the transpiration rate and photosynthetic active radiation. This species can be used in many kinds of environment in urban greening, just need the appropriate illumination when they are planted.
