摘要
办学定位、办学特色是高等学校提高核心竞争力的基本载体,服务区域经济社会的发展是地方大学的办学宗旨。人才培养质量作为办学水平的集中体现,地方大学要做到以质量求生存,以特色求发展,就必须在理论上明确并在实践中解决好办学定位、办学特色,努力提升核心竞争力、创新人才培养模式服务地方等办学宗旨问题。
The positioning and characteristics running universities are the key factors of improving universities＇ core competitiveness. The objective running local universities is serving regional economies and social development. The quality of talents training manifests the levels of running of local universities. Local universities strive for survival on the basis of quality and strive for development on the basis of characteristics. Therefore, the awareness of these theories is necessary for solving the problems of the positioning, characteristics and the objective of running universities, serving local, in order to serve the region and stengthen the core competitiveness.
