The article had set up the determining method of locating the Ⅱ.Ⅲand Ⅳ grades of PRP and RPP. When the position problems of PRP and RPP Ⅱ level aresolved, they may be simptified to do the less than second power algbraic equation or the triangle; for determining the position of Ⅲ and Ⅳ grade, the kinematic, chain was cut off.
