摘要
针对目前铁路局直接管理站段的体制变化,为迅速适应体制改革和生产力布局调整对安全管理带来的新变化和要求,提出明晰安全管理目标、界定安全管理职责、完善技术装备、提高职工素质等措施,以便从根本上提升站段的安全管理能力,以稳定的安全局面,促进铁路的跨越式发展。
According the change of management system in railway bureau measures are proposed to strengthen safety management work in grass-root railway sections to meet the requirements of new changes, system reform and adjustment of productivity distribution on safety management. Definite objectives are proposed for safety management as well as responsibilities in order to upgrade safety management level of grassroot railway sections to realize leaping style development of railway.
