摘要
通过柯萨奇B3m病毒(CVB3m)接种Balb/c鼠浓度的研究,探索其与CVB3m的LD50、血清抗体、病毒分离和脏器病理变化之间的关系,以获得产生明确病毒标志的最合适病毒接种浓度来筛选抗病毒性心肌炎药物。结果表明:有规律的病毒标志为小鼠的死亡率、中和抗体水平和病毒血症,腹腔接种1LD50可使小鼠于第5天血清中和抗体效价≥1∶160~1∶320,并有病毒血症,第9天病毒血症消失,小鼠开始死亡。表明此接种浓度可出现有利于药物筛选的病毒标志。
Balb/c mice are inoculated with different dilution of coxsackie virus B 3m to obtain an optimum does for screening anti myocarditic drugs by observing some obvious virus markers. The results shows that viremia is observed in the fifth day after ip inoculation with lethal does of viruses, the titer of neutralizing antibodies reaches 1∶160 ̄1∶320 and the virus concentration is 10 -3 (1 LD 50 ). On the ninth day, the mice begin to die with the disappearance of viremia, suggesting that the inoculation concentration may induce virus markers beneficial to drug screenning.
