摘要
①目的探讨榄香烯对恶性肿瘤病人红细胞免疫功能的影响。②方法采用红细胞花环率试验和聚乙二醇沉淀法，检测了３０例恶性肿瘤病人应用榄香烯治疗后的红细胞Ｃ３ｂ受体花环率（Ｅ－Ｃ３ｂＲＲ），红细胞免疫复合物花环率（Ｅ－ＩＣＲ）和循环免疫复合物（ＣＩＣ）的变化。③结果榄香烯组治疗后Ｅ－Ｃ３ｂＲＲ明显增高，Ｅ－ＩＣＲ和ＣＩＣ明显降低，与治疗前和对照组比较差异均有极显著性（ｔ＝３．８０～６．７６，Ｐ＜０．００１）。④结论榄香烯对恶性肿瘤病人红细胞免疫功能有明显的提高作用。
Objective To explore the effect of elemene on the erythrocyte immune function in patients with malignant tumors. Methods By using the erythrocyte rosette test and polyethylene glycol sediment methods, the erythrocyte C 3b receptor rosette(E C 3bRR), erythrocyte immune complex rosette(E ICR) and circulating immune complex (CIC) were measured in 30 malignant tumor patients after treatment with elemene. Results The E C 3bRR was higher, E ICR and CIC were lower in patients after treatment with elemene than before treatment and the controls( t=3.80￣6.76,P <0 001). Conclusion Elemene can enhance the erythrocyte immune function in patients with malignant tumors.
