摘要
为研究背根神经节细胞内生物活性物质间的关系,用免疫组织化学ABC法,证实大鼠和家兔背根神经节存在甘丙肽免疫阳性反应细胞。用相邻镜像邻片免疫双标记技术,观察到甘丙肽分别与5-HT和DA在家兔和大鼠背根神经节细胞内共存。此结果为进一步研究背根神经节细胞内生物活性物质间的关系提供了形态学资料。
A peptide containing 29 amino acid residues was recently isolated from porcine upper intestine and was called galanin because of its N terminal glycine and its C terminal alanine amide residues. The distribution of galanin immunoreactive (GAL IR) cells was mapped in detail in the dorsal root ganglion of the rat and rabbit by using of the immunohistochemical technique. Using the mirror sectioning immunohistochemical technique, co localization studies revealed that GAL IR cells may present in the 5 HT and DA secreting cells in the dorsal root ganglia. In this study, the coexistence of 5 HT and DA in the “small dark”、“Large light” cells of the rat and rabbit dorsal root ganglia was examined with ABC immunostaining method on adjacent mirror thin paraffin sections. Our study provided further morphological evidence for understanding the complex relationship between galanin and classical transmitters in dorsal root ganglia cells.
