摘要
目的:从抗氧化的角度探讨地茶咳喘露治疗慢性支气管炎的作用机制。方法:采用改进烟熏方法复制慢性支气管炎小鼠动物模型,将小鼠随机分为6组:模型组、复方川贝母组、地茶咳喘露高、中、低组及不加处理的正常组。除正常组和模型组外,其余各组分别以高、中、低剂量地茶咳喘露、复方川贝母片进行干预,检测6组小鼠血清和肺组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活力及丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:模型组小鼠血清和肺组织中SOD、GSH-PX活力均比正常组明显偏低(P<0.01);MDA含量比正常组明显升高(P<0.01)。与模型组相比,药物干预的各组血清、肺组织中SOD、GSH-PX活力均明显升高(P<0.01或P<0.05);MDA含量均明显降低(P<0.01或P<0.05)。地茶高剂量组较复方川贝母组、地茶低剂量组血清、肺组织中SOD、GSH-PX活力偏高(P<0.01或P<0.05),而MDA含量较之偏低(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:地茶咳喘露可明显提高慢支小鼠SOD、GSH-PX活力水平,降低MDA含量,表明地茶咳喘露可对抗机体氧化损伤,增强机体抗氧化酶的活力,改善慢性支气管炎存在的氧化-抗氧化失衡。
Objective: To investigate the mechanism of Dicha Kechuan Oral Liquid in treatment of chronic bronchitis model mice, Methods: The chronic bronchitis models were duplicated by refined smoking-fumigated. Mice were divided into 6 groups at random: model group, the high, middle and low dose of Dicha Kechuan Oral Liquid groups, Beimu group and the blank control group. Except for the blank control group and model group, other groups were intervened with high, middie and low dose of Dieha Keehuan Oral Liquid as well as Chuanbeimu tablets respectively. Then to determine the SOD & GSH-PX activity and MDA contents in serum and lung tissues of each group. Results: Compared with the blank control group, SOD & GSH-PX activity in serum and lung tissues of model group decreased apparently( P 〈 0.01), the content of MDA increased apparently( P 〈 0.01). Compared with the model group, the SOD & GSH-PX activity in serum and lung tissues of the drug intervened groups increased obviously ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05)and the MDA contents decreased significantly ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05). The SOD & GSH-PX activity in serum and lung tissues of high dose group were higher than that of Beimu group and low dose group( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05), and the MDA contents were lower than that of the Beimu group and low dose group( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: Dieha Keehuan Oral Liquid can apparently improve the level of SOD & GSH-PX activity and decrease the MDA contents. Therefore, Dicha Kechuan Oral Liquid can antagonize the oxidant injury, improve the activity of antioxidant enzymes, and then to adjust the imbalance of oxidant - antioxidant system in mice with chronic bronchitis.
