无锡地区健康人群血清TNF-α、IFN-γ浓度的分布 被引量:1

Investigation on Serum TNF-α and IFN-γ Reference Value of Health Donors in Wuxi

摘要 目的研究无锡地区健康人群血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumornecrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、干扰素-γ(interferon-γ,IFN-γ)水平的参考值范围。方法采用酶联免疫吸附实验测定健康志愿者以及肿瘤患者血清TNF-α、IFN-γ浓度,分析不同性别、年龄组人群血清浓度的差异,以及正常人与肿瘤患者血清TNF-α、IFN-γ浓度的差异。结果正常人血清TNF-α、IFN-γ浓度分别为(9.42±2.91)ng/ml和(10.57±3.58)ng/ml,性别间差异无显著性(P>0.05),20~70岁年龄人群血清TNF-α或IFN-γ浓度的差异无显著性(P>0.05);肿瘤患者血清TNF-α、IFN-γ浓度分别为(22.50±9.06)ng/ml和(18.08±8.95)ng/ml,显著高于正常人(P<0.05)。结论无锡地区健康人血清TNF-α、IFN-γ参考值范围分别为(3.72~15.11)ng/mg、(3.58~17.58)ng/mg;肿瘤患者血清TNF-α、IFN-γ水平显著高于健康人。 Objective To study tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α),interferon-γ (IFN-γ) reference values of healthy donors in Wuxi region. Methods Serum concentrations of TNF-α and IFN-γ in healthy donors or patients with malignancy were measured with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Statistical methods were employed to analyze distribution characteristics of TNF-α and IFN-γ in healthy donors. The disributions of gender and age were analyzed and the differences of TNF-α and interferon-γ between health donors and cancer patients were also investigated. Results The serum concentration of TNF-α and IFN-γ in healthy donors were (9. 42±2. 91) ng/ml and (10. 57±3. 58) ng/ml respectively. There was no significant difference between genders or ages from 20 to 70. In patients with malignancy,serum concentrations of TNF-α or IFN-γ were (22.50±9.06) ng/ml or (18.08±8.95) ng/ml respectively, and were significantly higher than those in healthy donors. Conclusion In Wuxi, the serum concentrations of TNF-α or IFN-γ in healthy donors were (3.72~15.11) ng/mg and (3. 58~17.58) ng/mg respectively. The serum concentration of TNF-α and IFN-γ in patients with melanoma were significantly higher than those in healthy donors.
