摘要
美国高等教育在三百多年的时间内迅速崛起,这与美国的多元文化、分权的高等教育行政体制、兴盛的私立大学和完备的高教法制体系四个突出因素密切相关。我国应借鉴美国高等教育发展的经验,批判地吸收外国文化,探索适合中国国情的高教行政体制,发展民办高等教育,完善高等教育法制体系。
Amerlean higher education that rises rapidly in mere 300 years has close relations with the four prominent factors which includes mulficulture of America, divided- power education system, prosperous private university and legal system of perfect higher education. We should profit from the experience of American higher education development, absorb the foreign culture critically. Explore the legal system of education that suits the Chinese national condition and develop private higher education and complete legal system of higher education.
