摘要
壳聚糖的制备工艺对其性质和应用有很大影响。本文简要介绍了微波加热的基本原理及特点,在分析传统的壳聚糖制备工艺现状的基础上,综述了微波辐射新技术应用于壳聚糖制备中的研究进展,并对其发展趋势进行了展望。
Preparation technology of chitosan has great impact on its properties and application. The fundamental principles and properties of microwave heating were introduced briefly in this paper. On the basis of analyzing the present state of traditional preparation technology of chitosah, the research progress of new microwave radiation technology applied in preparation of chitosan were summarized, then the trend of development is forecasted too.
