摘要
高等院校认证在高等教育的质量保障和改进中起到了非常重要的作用。而在整个院校认证活动过程中,院校认证标准是认证活动顺利开展的基石。以美国院校认证为例,通过对美国院校认证标准的制定主体、认证标准的内容以及认证标准的发展趋势进行分析,进而可以得出:认证标准制定主体的多样化,认证标准应该能够求同存异,应该注重从学生环节保证教育质量,这是保证并不断提高高等教育质量的关键。
Accreditation of higher education institutions plays an important role in guaranteeing and improving higher education quality. In the entire process of institution accreditation, accreditation criteria are the comerstone for the smooth operation of accreditation. The paper takes America institution accreditation as an example, and analyzed the constitutor, the content and the trend of accreditation criteria. According to these, we find out that constitutors must be diversified, that accreditation criteria should have more in common while re- serving some differences, that teaching quality can be guaranteed from the part of students. This is the key to guaranteeing and improving quality of higher education.
