摘要
流通服务工作是面对读者的第一线窗口,是高校图书馆工作的出发点和归宿。做好流通服务工作,需要每个流通馆员要“以书为本”,做好书库管理工作;要“以读者为中心”,做好流通服务工作;要加强个人综合素质,提高为读者服务的质量。
Circulation service work is the front window to the readers, is the start and the end of library work of institutions of higher education. To do well circulation service work, every circulation librarian should take books as the foundation, manage well the stack; take readers as core, do well circulation service work; enhance individual integrated quality, advance the service quality for readers.
