摘要
锅炉空气预热器受热面长期运行后会形成积灰,影响到锅炉的安全、经济运行,需要定期进行冲洗。探讨了不停炉进行空气预热器低温换热元件在线水冲洗的可行性、风险和措施。实际运用表明:这一技术对锅炉的长周期运行和降低厂用电率等方面均有重要作用。
Dust deposit on boiler air preheater＇s heating surfaces, after longer time of service, impair bolier＇s safe and economic operation and therefore periodic flushing is required. The feasibility of on-line flushing low temperature elements of air preheaters, without interrupting boiler operation, the risks concerned and measures to be taken, are being discussed. Practical experience shows that this technique is quite advantageous for keeping boilers in long time operation and also for reducing the house power consumption of power plants.
