摘要
某电厂1号机组调停检修期间对二台空预器进行了水冲洗,机组再次启动后二台空预器烟气侧进出口差压比调停前升高,额定负荷时升高300~400 Pa,其他负荷时升高约100 Pa。分析导致二台空预器差压升高的原因是空预器产生了积灰,而调停期间空预器水冲洗后传热元件未干燥彻底是产生积灰的根本原因。水冲洗作为清洁空预器传热元件表面最常用和有效的措施,冲洗后空预器投入运行前必须认真检查和确保其传热元件彻底干燥。
Two air preheaters had been water washed during a scheduling stop and overhaul of unit 1 in a power plant. The differential pressures between air preheater gas inlet and outlet were 300 ~ 400 Pa at rated load and about 100 Pa at other loads higher than before water washing when the unit started again. By study, the differential pressures of two air preheaters rising were caused by ash deposition on the heat transfer elements' surface. And the fundamental reason of air preheaters' ash deposition was that the surface of heat transfer elements was still wet till the unit started again due to water washing during the scheduling overhaul. As a common and effective measure to clean heat transfer elements' surface of air preheater by using water washing, it must be checked and make sure that the surface was dry completely before air preheater in operation.
