摘要
豆科植物胡卢巴生产植物胶后的下脚料（子叶、种皮）经脱脂、分离，将各成分分开后，分别采用适宜的方法加工利用，可得到甾体皂甙元、脂肪油和饲料添加剂。
The useful component (cotyledon,seed coat) of Trigonella foenumgraecum (Leguminosae) that had been vegetable gum,was degreasted and separated,then using appropriate methods,the steroidol sapogenins,fatty oil and forage additive were obtained.
