摘要
目的观察补心气口服液对高血压病左心室舒张功能减退的改善作用。方法选择高血压病86例随机分为治疗组与对照组。对照组43例服用依那普利、硝苯地平缓释片;治疗组43例在上述药物基础上,加服补心气口服液;疗程均为一个月。观察两组的症状疗效、降压效果以及左室舒张功能变化。结果临床症状、左室舒张功能的改善,治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05);降压效果两组差异无统计学意义。结论补心气口服液能有效改善高血压病心气虚症状,改善左室舒张功能。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Buxinqi oral liquid on improving the depress of the left ventricular diastolic function in patients with hypertension. Mehthods 86 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into two groups, group A and group B. Group A served as enalapril with nifedipine treatment group, Group B served as Buxinqi oral liquid plus enalapril with nifedipine treatment group. Before and after treatment, the patients were examined by tissue Doppler echocardiography （TDE） observing the parameters of the left ventricular diastolic function while the indexes of observation included anti hypertensive efficacy and clinical symptoms. Results Group B was better than group A based on the clinical symptoms and the parameters of the left ventricular diastolic function （P〈0.05）, and no difference was found in the level of blood pressure reduction between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Buxinqi oral liquid could effectively improve left ventricular diastolic function and the Heart-Qi deficiency syndrome in patients with hypertension.
