摘要
针对轧钢加热炉燃烧过程的非线性、慢时变、大滞后的系统特点,提出了带有比例积分校正环节的双模糊控制器来实现轧钢加热炉燃烧过程的温度控制策略,并通过调整因子来优化控制规则。实际应用表明,该控制策略具有响应快、鲁棒性强的特点,达到了较好的控制性能。控制效果优于常规控制器(PID)和传统的单模糊控制器。
Encounter to the characteristics of the reheating furnace with non-linearity, slow time-variant and large delay, the hi-fuzzy control with self-tuning factor and proportional-integral-tuning unit is proposed to obtain the tactics of the feeding module trace and to optimizes the control rule by adjusting factors. The actual application proves that the control has the advantage of quicker response and stronger robust, and then achieves good control quality. The control effect is much better than that of the conventional (PID) and single fuzzy controller.
