摘要
对化学镇三元合金Ni-Co－P镀层的材料特性进行了研究，特别对Ni-Co－P三元合金化学镀层的初期沉积行为及金相结构等进行了探讨，并讨论了磷含量对镀层的影响。
The characteristics of electroless Ni-Co-P ternary alloy deposit were investigated. Emphases were made on the state of initial stage deposition and the crystallographic structure of the coating. The effect of phosphosus content on the deposit was also discussed.
