摘要
用受孕的ＮＩＨ小鼠，在孕期连续服用活性初乳素１５ｄ，孕后第１８ｄ解剖母鼠，对胎鼠的生长发育情况进行研究．结果表明，活性初乳素可明显促进胎鼠的平均体重及身长增加，促进骨骼系统的发育。
In this test, during the pragnance period (0-15 days after fetation),the pragnant NIH rats were continuously given Active Colostrum orally for 15 days (and the does is 180,90mg/kg),Eighteen days after fetation, the rats were dissected, putting down the number of the living fetus, examining them for all the index. The results showed that Active Colostrum has properly promoting effect on the growth of fetal rats, the index of average body weight. lenth and the bone development have farely remarkebal differance from the group which took distilled water only.
