摘要 分析了目前便携式磁粉探伤机在使用中存在的不足,设计出一款基于电池供电、单片机控制、液晶汉字显示、脉宽调制(PWM)的可以带动旋转磁场探头和磁轭式探头的智能磁粉探伤装置。具有功率自动调整功能,同时也允许手动微调。试验验证,该装置能清晰显示A1-15/100型试片,一次充电能连续工作5 h以上,能满足磁粉探伤的需要。 The shortcoming of the present magnetic particle testing instrument was analyzed, and the rechargeable and program-controlled magnetic particle testing instrument was designed, which was on the basis of battery, micro-computer controlled, liquid crystal display with Chinese character and PWM (pulse-width modulation) regulated. The power could be adjusted automatically during working course, and also could be regulated manually. The instrument was tested and shown that it could reveal the Al-15/100 clearly, and could work continuously for more than 5 hours once charged. The results showed that the device could meet the need of magnetic particle testing completely.
