摘要
介绍了基于虚拟仪器技术的超声波自动探伤系统的结构、检测原理、硬件组成、软件设计及其在焊管生产检测中的应用。该系统把传统的超声检测技术与工业控制计算机、虚拟仪器和数字信号处理技术等相结合,配合精心编制的探伤操作和缺陷判别程序,可做到对复杂缺陷回波的准确评价和严格筛选,其缺陷波形动态回放功能有效地克服了超声波自动探伤中的缺陷种类难以识别的不足,实现了误判率<3%,漏检率为零。
An automatic ultrasonic testing system based on virtual instrument technology was introduced including its structure, inspection theory, hardware and software design and the application in welded steel pipe production process. It combined traditional ultrasonic inspection technology with some advanced ones such as industrial control computer, virtual instrument, digital signal process and so on. With the well-programmed defect detecting operation and flaw identification programme, the system could evaluate correctly and select strictly for complex flaw echo, and the dynamic review of defect echo waveform function overcomed the difficulty of flaw classification in ultrasonic automatic inspection, and achieve faulse call rate of less than 3%, and the undetected erroe rate as low as to zero.
