本文以一个VXI三厘米标准信号源仪器模块的软件设计为例，详细介绍了在中文Windows平台上设计汉化软面板图形界面及驱动程序的过程。
The paper specifies the procedure of designing Chinese soft panel's graphic in-terface and driver on Chinese Windows platform, and gives the example of designing a VXI-based bus 3cm standard signal generator.
