硝基苯代谢物在鸡可食性组织中的药动学特征 被引量:2

摘要 以反相HPLC法为定量手段,研究了硝基苯代谢物在鸡可食性组织(肌肉和肝脏)中随时间而变化的药动学特征。研究结果表明,氨基酚、硝基酚、硝基苯胺为硝基苯在鸡体内可食性组织的主要代谢产物。氨基酚、硝基酚、硝基苯胺在鸡肌肉和肝脏中的浓度-时间数据符合一级吸收一室开放模型。肝脏中消除半衰期超过23h,浓度维持时间超过116 h;肌肉中消除半衰期超过33 h,浓度维持时间超过260 h。 Extracted with ether, HPLC with C18 column and UV-detector was used to determine the content of essential metabolites of nitrobenzene in edible tissue of chicken ( muscle and liver). The result showed that aminophenol, nitrophenol and nitroaniline were the essential metabolites of nitrobenzene in edible tissues of chicken. The concentration - time profiles of aminophenol, nitroaniline and nitrophenol in muscle and liver fit one-compartment open model with first-order absorption. The elimination half life in liver was over 23 h and the density retaining time over 116 h ; those in muscle were 33 h and 260 h respectively.
