摘要
胰岛自身抗体与1型糖尿病的发生、发展、治疗及预防密切相关。最重要的几种与胰岛细胞内特殊蛋白对应的抗体是胰岛细胞抗体、谷氨酸脱羧酶抗体、胰岛素自身抗体、蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶抗体。很多研究已显示,不同类型的糖尿病抗体出现的顺序不同,且预测疾病的价值也不同,胰岛自身抗体的检测可以帮助区分不同种类的糖尿病。在动物中可以通过利用这些抗体的产生来阻止1型糖尿病的发生,而在人类中还未得到相似的结果。另外,抗体检测还可以用于反映1型糖尿病免疫治疗的效果。
Islet cell autoantibodies are strongly associated with the onset development ,treatment and prevention of type 1 diabetes. Several most important antibody corresponding to specific protein in islet cells are. ICA ,GADA ,IAA,IA-2A.Many studys showed that different type of autoantibody has different occuring sequence as well as different value in predicting diseases.Detection of autoantibodies is helpful to identify different types of diabetes.We can inhibit the genesis of type I diabetes through the production of these antoantibodies in animals,but we still have no similar results in human.Otherwise antibody detection can reflect the efficacy of immunotherapy of type I diabetes.
