摘要
脑积水是神经外科的常见疾病之一,除一部分梗阻性脑积水可以通过解除梗阻的方法治愈外,大部分病例需要行侧脑室腹腔分流手术,而分流术后的感染一直是广大学者所要探讨的临床课题。通过对近年来国内外相关文献的复习后发现,在抗生素保护下取出感染的分流系统,并在脑脊液获得无菌状态后重新植入分流系统是理想的治疗手段,但预防的重要性亦不容忽视,而保守治疗亦有一定效果,需要进一步的探究。
Hydrocephalus is one of the common diseases in neurosurgery, of which the most cases needs ventriculo-pefitoneal shunt besides that a part of obstructive hydrocephalus can be cured by removing the obstruction.But the infection after this operation is always the clinical topic that needs debating.This article reviews related data internal and abroad to find that reimplantating shunt system after cerebrospinal fluid renews aseptic condition by putting out the infected shunt system under the protection of antibiotics is an idea therapeutic methods , but the importance of prevention is not neglectable,and expectant treatment also has-some efficacy and needs further studying.
