摘要
目前国内针对耕地的集约利用评价研究涉及不多,也很不系统。本文首先对耕地集约利用的内涵进行了界定,并提出了耕地集约利用评价的目标、原则及指标体系构建的基本方法,最后综合形成了耕地集约利用水平评价指标体系,同时以新疆为例,利用指标体系对新疆近10年来的耕地集约利用水平进行了评价。此研究为集约、科学合理的利用耕地,保障社会经济发展提供参考依据,具有较好的理论与现实意义。
Now there is no much the study on the assessment of cultivated land intensive use that is unsystematic. Firstly, in the article we define the intensive use of cultivated land. And then puts forward the goal of the assessment of cultivated land intensive use, and its principals, the basic method of constructing the indictors system. All above construct the whole indictors system for the assessment of cultivated land intensive use. At last, we made a case study on Xinjiang province according to the indictor system. The study provides the basis reference for the cultivated land intensive use and ensuring soc-economic develop. It has important theory and practical or significance.
