摘要
目的:观察成品生物羊膜移植治疗翼状胬肉的效果。方法:显微镜手术下翼状胬肉切除加成品生物羊膜移植或成品生物羊膜移植加自体角膜缘上皮移植治疗初发和复发翼状胬肉19眼,术后随访6～12个月,观察角膜上皮和羊膜移植片的变化。结果:角膜上皮正常愈合,无睑球粘连,无羊膜排斥反应发生,无复发。结论:成品生物羊膜移植治疗翼状胬肉是一种简单、安全、有效的手术方法。
Objective：To explore the effects of amnion transplantation for patients with pterygium. Methods：Pterygium excision and amnion transplantation were performed to cure primary pterygium or amnion transplantation and limbus eorneae autograft were adopted with recurrent pterygium in total 19 eyes. All the patients were followed up for 6 to 12 months to observe the changes of the corneal epithelium and the amnion after the amnion transplantation. Results： Corneal epithelium reeovered fine. No acute rejeetion and blepharosyneehia were observed. No relapse occurred. Conclusions： Amnion transplantation is a kind of simple, safe and effective surgery for pterygium.
