服务是图书馆永恒的主题,既是实现图书馆用户需求的直接手段,也是满足用户需求的最终结果,服务与需求两者的关系是需求决定服务,因此要做好图书馆服务,首先必须研究用户需求,为此本文着重探讨了图书馆用户的需求层次。
As a eternal theme for library, service proved the direct medium satisfying library users' demand and the ultimate outcome. The essay explored demanding phases by research on service and demand, concluding that a eonsiderate and overall service rest on recognition of users' demand.
