摘要
经培养、分离、筛选得到了三株絮凝效果好的菌株,NI7,NII4,NIII2.并对该三株菌分泌代谢絮凝剂的生长条件、絮凝活性及其影响因素等进行了实验研究.研究结果表明,该三株菌在生长的同时,能够分泌具有絮凝活性的物质于其胞外.它们产絮凝剂的最适培养基初始pH值为7-8.原水pH值对三株菌发酵液絮凝活性的影响趋势基本相同,但影响程度各不相同,三株菌发酵液对酸性水样中高岭土的絮凝率均小于碱性条件下;NI7、NII4和NIII2所产絮凝剂投加量分别达到2、2、和3ml/(100ml水样)时,对水样中高岭土产生的SS絮凝率可达90%或更高.CaCl2的加入能够提高三株菌所产絮凝剂的絮凝效率,1%CaCl2的在100ml水样中最适投加量在3.5-5ml范围内.
Three bioflocculant-producing strains NIT, NⅡ4, NⅢz were isolated. The culture condition, the flocculating activity of the fermenting fluids of these strains and some influent factors were also studied. The results show that our isolates can excrete some kinds of bioflocculants to their extracellular. The suitable culturing pH suitably cultured for producing bioflocculant amounts to 7-8. The original pH values of water samples, the amount of bioflocculants and the CaCl2 solution added have influenced the activity of the producing bioflocculants. The bioflocculants produced by the three strains are less active in acidic water(pHi6) than in alkaline water(pHi7). The suitable adding amount of the bioflocculants produced by NⅠ7 ,NⅡ4 and NⅢ2 are 2,2,and 3ml/(100ml water sample). Adding CaCl2 solution to water sample can help raise the activity of our biofloeeulants. The suitable adding amount of 1% CaCl2 solution is 3.5-5ml/ (100ml water sample) .
